Girls Beat!! (ガールズビート) is a Japanese girls unit formed in 2014.
It currently consists of 3 members.
Kago Ai is a former member of Morning Musume and Hello! Project. She graduated in January 2004.
In October 2013, Kago Ai announced that she was going to hold an audition to form a new group and project. She was looking for girls from 15 to 21 years old who were not signed to an agency.
In June 2014, it was announced that 2 members, Himeno Ryona and Kita Remi, were selected to join her.
Girls Beat!! are going to release their debut single Sekai Seifuku (世界征服) in July 2014.
Their 1st live performance will be held in late July 2014 at Asakusa Rokku Yumemachi Gekijou in Tokyo.
