Idoling!!! – Yokoyama Rurika solo debut and Audition
Yokoyama Rurika will make her solo debut in June. She is the first member of Idoling!!! to release a solo single.
The announcement was made during the live Idoling!!! Nishi e! Higashi e!! Mystery Tour ng!!! 2013 (アイドリング!!! 西へ! 東へ!! ミステリィツアーング!!! 2013) at Zepp Tokyo on April 13.
Moreover, Idoling!!! are going to hold auditions to recruit the new members of the 6th generation. Applications are open until May 31. The candidates must be at least in the 1st year of middle school and under the age of 20.
Momoiro Clover Z – Momoiro Christmas 2012
Momoiro Clover Z will release Momoiro Christmas 2012 Live (ももいろクリスマス2012 Live) on DVD and Blu-ray on May 29.
The concerts were held on December 24-25 at Saitama Super Arena.
The limited editions include both live performances.
It was the 2nd edition of this annual event performed by Momoclo.
Idoling!!! – Nicohachi Live
Idoling!!! will hold Nicohachi Live (ニコはちライブ) on May 11.
The event will be broadcast on Nico Nico Douga via pay-per-view.
The list of the Idoling!!! members participating in the live performance has also been announced.
Up Up Girls 1st Live House Tour ~UpGirl Dainishou (Kari) Kaisen~
Up Up Girls 1st Live House Tour ~UpGirl Dainishou (Kari) Kaisen~ (アップアップガールズ（仮）１ｓｔライブハウスツアーアプガ第二章（仮）開戦) will be held from August 31 to September 8.
The concerts will take place in Yokohama, Osaka, and Nagoya.
Machikado Keiki Japan – Abeno Mix
Machikado Keiki Japan’s debut single Abeno Mix (アベノ☆Mix) will be released on May 1.
Machikado Keiki Japan is a new idol group part of Alice Project. It has an original concept which consists in changing the length of the members’ skirts according to the economic situation.
The CD contains 3 songs. Regular and limited editions are available.
The title of the single refers to “Abenomics”, the name given to the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s plan for the country’s economic recovery.
SKE48 Team Shuffle
SKE48 announced their first team shuffle.
Matsui Rena and Nakanishi Yuka are the new leaders of Team KII and Team S. The latter also becomes the captain of SKE48.
The Kenkyuusei Ego Yuna, Niidoi Sayaka, Fujimoto Mitsuki, Futamura Haruka, Ichino Narumi, and Iwanaga Tsugumi have been promoted.
The announcement was made on the 1st day of SKE48 Haru Con 2013 ~Kawaranai Koto. Nakama na Koto~ (SKE48 春コン 2013「変わらないこと。仲間なこと」) on April 13 at Nippon Gashi Hall, Nagoya.

9nine – Christmas no 9nine 2012
9nine’s live Christmas no 9nine 2012 ~Seinaru Yoru no Daisoudou~ (クリスマスの9nine 2012〜聖なる夜の大奏動♪〜) will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on April 24.
The DVD and the Blu-ray contain the 18 songs performed during the concert.
They also include a documentary on 9nine’s Shucchou! Zenkoku Live House Hao Hao! Tour 2012 (出張！全国ライブハウス好好！ツアー 2012) and backstage footage of Christmas no 9nine 2012 as bonus videos.
The concert was held at Akasaka Blitz, Tokyo, on December 14, 2012.
Live Girlpop Vol.2 ~Spring Party~
Idoling!!!, Up Up Girls, Cheeky Parade, bump.y, LinQ, and Sakura Gakuin sub-units Kagaku Kyumei Kiko Logica? and Mini-Patissier will perform at Live Girlpop Vol.2 ~Spring Party~.
The concert will be held on April 21 at Zepp Tokyo.
The event is organized by Girlpop music magazine.
Terashima Yufu to withdraw from BiS
Terashima Yufu announced her withdrawal from BiS (Brand-new Idol Society). She will leave the group after the one-man live BiS4 to be held on May 26 at Club Asia, Tokyo.
She explained that she decided to withdraw because she didn’t like the direction taken by the unit.
Terashima Yufu joined BiS in June 2011. She is the 2nd member to leave the group this year after the graduation of Wakisaka Yurika on March 16.
BiS is currently holding auditions to recruit new members.
