Tsubaki Factory, aswell as Kobushi Factory, are currently still Kenshuusei. Both groups start as indies groups while staying Kenshuusei and then, when they have their major debuts, the members will graduate from the Kenshuusei and become full Hello! Project members.

It has been like this with S/mileage aswell as with almost all members of Jucie=Juice.
