They were formerly known as\u00a0<strong>Frupoche<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>It currently consists of only one member, Azuma Shiori.<\/p>\n<p>The idol unit is based in Ehime prefecture.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>FruitPochette is a sister group of <a title=\"Hime Kyun Fruit Can\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/hime-kyun-fruit-can\/\">Hime Kyun Fruit Can<\/a>, <a title=\"nanoCUNE\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/nanocune\/\">nanoCUNE<\/a>, and <a title=\"AiCune\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/aicune\/\">AiCune<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Their songs are described as a mix of J-Pop melodies and metal sound.<\/p>\n<h2>Biography \/ History<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-12412\" src=\"http:\/\/static.jpop-idols.com\/uploads\/2013\/05\/frupoche.jpg\" alt=\"Frupoche\" width=\"144\" height=\"150\" \/>Teratani Mina and Azuma Shiori\u00a0participated in auditions in July 2011.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0girls were recruited as Hime Kyun Fruit Can 2nd generation\u00a0kenkyuusei (trainees)\u00a0in February 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Frupoche started activities in December 2012.<\/p>\n<p>The idol unit\u00a0changed its\u00a0name to FruitPochette in July 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Their 1st mini-album <span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><a title=\"FruitPochette \u2013 Shippu Jinrai\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/fruitpochette-shippujinrai\/\">Shippu Jinrai<\/a> (\u75be\u98a8\u8fc5\u96f7)<\/span> was released in late July 2013.<\/p>\n<p>They held their 1st one-man live in September 2013.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-27725\" src=\"http:\/\/static.jpop-idols.com\/uploads\/2015\/02\/frupoche.jpg\" alt=\"FruitPochette\" width=\"150\" height=\"85\" \/>They released\u00a0simultaneously 2 singles, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><a title=\"Fruitpochette \u2013 Sakuretsu -Burning-\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/fruitpochette-sakuretsu-burning\/\">Sakuretsu -Burning-<\/a> (\u70b8\u88c2-Burning-)<\/span> and <span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><a title=\"Fruitpochette \u2013 Gekkou -Destruction-\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/fruitpochette-gekkou-destruction\/\">Gekkou -Destruction-<\/a> (\u6708\u5149-Destruction-)<\/span>, in February 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0idol group\u00a0gave concerts in the 47 prefectures of Japan as part of <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">FruitPochette Homesick Tour 2014<\/span> between February and April.<\/p>\n<p>They are supported by a heavy metal band lead by\u00a0Ken&#8217;ichi (ex Sex Machineguns).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-34227\" src=\"http:\/\/static.jpop-idols.com\/uploads\/2016\/03\/frupochette-idol-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"FruitPochette\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Their 1st full album <span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/fruitpochette-the-crest-of-evil\/\">The Crest of Evil<\/a><\/span>\u00a0went on sale in February 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Teratani Mina was diagnosed with a kidney problem in the spring of 2015. She had to stop activities temporarily.
