\"TacoyakiTacoyaki Rainbow<\/strong> (\u305f\u3053\u3084\u304d\u30ec\u30a4\u30f3\u30dc\u30fc) is a Japanese idol group formed in 2012. They are also known as Tako Niji (\u305f\u3053\u8679).<\/p>\n

It currently consists of 5 members. Each one has been assigned a color.<\/p>\n

Tacoyaki Rainbow are managed by Stardust Promotion and is part of its Section 3 (3B Junior).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The idol unit is based in Kansai area.<\/p>\n

It is a sister group of Momoiro Clover Z<\/a> (\u3082\u3082\u3044\u308d\u30af\u30ed\u30fc\u30d0\u30fcZ), Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku<\/a> (\u79c1\u7acb\u6075\u6bd4\u5bff\u4e2d\u5b66), Team Syachihoko<\/a> (\u30c1\u30fc\u30e0\u3057\u3083\u3061\u307b\u3053), and Batten Show Jo Tai<\/a> (\u3070\u3063\u3066\u3093\u5c11\u5973\u968a).<\/p>\n

Their catchprase is “Stardust’s ultimate weapon” (\u30b9\u30bf\u30fc\u30c0\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u6700\u7d42\u5175\u5668).<\/p>\n

Biography \/ History<\/h2>\n

Takoyaki Rainbow were formed in September 2012.<\/p>\n

In December 2012, the girls took part in the opening performance of a release event organized for Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku’s single Ume (\u6885)<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The idol unit held its 1st live event in February 2013 at Yamada Denki Labi1 Namba in Osaka.<\/p>\n

Takoyaki Rainbow opened their official blog in May 2013.<\/p>\n

Their 1st single Over the Takoyaki Rainbow<\/a> (\u30aa\u30fc\u30d0\u30fc\u30fb\u30b6\u30fb\u305f\u3053\u3084\u304d\u30ec\u30a4\u30f3\u30dc\u30fc)<\/span> was released in September 2013. The CD was only on sale in Kansai area, i.e. in Hyogo, Osaka, Shiga, Kyoto, Wakayama and Nara Prefectures.<\/p>\n

\"TakoyakiBetween October 2013 and March 2014, the members hosted a segment titled Takoyaki Rainbow no Hoku Hoku Radio ya de ~ (\u305f\u3053\u3084\u304d\u30ec\u30a4\u30f3\u30dc\u30fc\u306e\u30db\u30af\u30db\u30af\u30e9\u30b8\u30aa\u3084\u3067\uff5e)<\/span> on the radio show Charge!<\/span> broadcast on FM Shiga (FM\u6ecb\u8cc0).<\/p>\n

The girls appeared in a CM for Buden Shouten (\u8c4a\u5929\u5546\u5e97) in February 2014.<\/p>\n

Their 2nd single Naniwa no Haniwa<\/a> (\u306a\u306b\u308f\u306e\u306f\u306b\u308f)<\/span> was released in March 2014.<\/p>\n

The variety show Mezase Koushien! Tsukataco Rainbow Road (\u3081\u3056\u305b\u7532\u5b50\u5712\uff01\u3064\u304b\u305f\u3053\u30ec\u30a4\u30f3\u30dc\u30fc\u30ed\u30fc\u30c9)<\/span> is broadcast once a month on Kansai TV (\u95a2\u897f\u30c6\u30ec\u30d3) since April 2014.<\/p>\n

Narasaki Towa<\/a> graduated in June 2014 in order to concentrate on her studies.<\/p>\n

\"TakoyakiThe members of the idol group appeared in a new TV commercial for Buden Shouten in July 2014. The girls designed t-shirts which were sold at Family Mart.<\/p>\n

Their 3rd single Zesshou! Naniwa de Umareta Shoujotachi<\/a> (\u7d76\u5531\uff01\u306a\u306b\u308f\u3067\u751f\u307e\u308c\u305f\u5c11\u5973\u305f\u3061)<\/span> is on sale nationwide since September 2014.<\/p>\n

Tacoyaki Rainbow 1st live performance was held in September 2014 at Umeda Club Quattro, Osaka.<\/p>\n

The girls appear in the movie Maku ga Agaru (\u5e55\u304c\u4e0a\u304c\u308b)<\/span> which was released in theaters in February 2015 in Japan. Momoiro Clover Z are playing the lead roles in the film.<\/p>\n

\"TacoyakiTheir 4th single\u00a0Genki Uri no Shoujo ~Naniwa Meika Gojussen~<\/a> (\u5143\u6c17\u58f2\u308a\u306e\u5c11\u5973\uff5e\u6d6a\u82b1\u540d\u6b4c\u4e94\u5341\u9078\uff5e)<\/span> was the first one to be released nationwide in May 2015.<\/p>\n

In late October 2015, the idol group held the special event Takoniji Halloween (\u305f\u3053\u8679\u30cf\u30ed\u30a6\u30a3\u30f3)<\/span> at Namba Hatch, Osaka. The girls were wearing costumes on stage.<\/p>\n

The single Kuri Bocchi One Day!!<\/a> (\u30af\u30ea\u307c\u3063\u3061One Day!!)<\/span>, on sale in December 2015, is their first Christmas song.<\/p>\n

Tacoyaki Rainbow signed under Avex Trax label in January 2016.<\/p>\n

\"TacoyakiThey made their major debut with the single\u00a0Nanairo Dance<\/a> (\u30ca\u30ca\u30a4\u30ed\u30c0\u30f3\u30b9)<\/span> in April 2016. It was produced by Matsukuma Kenta.<\/p>\n

The concerts of their Spring tour took place in Tokyo and Nagoya between April and May 2016.<\/p>\n

The idol group collaborated with DJ Koo (TRF) and Hyadain (Maeyamada Kenichi) for the single Dot jp Japan! (\u3069\u3063\u3068jp\u30b8\u30e3\u30d1\u30fc\u30f3!)<\/span> on sale in August 2016.<\/p>\n

Tacoyaki Rainbow are going to release their 1st album at the end of 2016.<\/p>\n
