Each one has been assigned a color.<\/p>\n<p>The concept is to encourage chubby girls to fulfill their dreams as idols.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The leader is Oki Risa.<\/p>\n<h2>Biography \/ History<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-27904\" src=\"http:\/\/static.jpop-idols.com\/uploads\/2015\/02\/pottya-idol.jpg\" alt=\"Pottya\" width=\"150\" height=\"100\" \/>A total of 2,141 girls participated in the audition held in October 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a05 original membres of\u00a0Pottya were\u00a0Oki Risa, Indo Maiko, Ohashi Michiko, Yokokawa Mai et\u00a0Tsukada Emi.<\/p>\n<p>The girls\u00a0had an average weight of 76 kg (167,2 lbs) and a combined weight of 380kg.<\/p>\n<p>Pottya are produced Kobayashi Takeo who had worked with artists such as Ebisu Muscats (\u6075\u6bd4\u5bff\u30de\u30b9\u30ab\u30c3\u30c4) in the past.<\/p>\n<p>They made their debut with the digital single <span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><a title=\"Pottya \u2013 Po Po Po Pocha Rinko\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/pottya-po-po-po-pocha-rinko\/\">Po\u30fbPo\u30fbPo\u30fbPocha Rinko\u2606<\/a> (\u30dd\u30fb\u30dd\u30fb\u30dd\u30fb\u30dd\u30c1\u30e3\u308a\u3093\u5b50\u2606)<\/span> released in January 2015.<\/p>\n<p>They held their 1st live performance in January 2015.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-31079\" src=\"http:\/\/static.jpop-idols.com\/uploads\/2015\/07\/pottya-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Pottya\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Pottya released their 1st CD single which includes their debut song and new one titled\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Bye Bye Kataomoi (\u30d0\u30a4\u30d0\u30a4\u7247\u60f3\u3044)<\/span> in April 2015.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/tsukada-emi-graduation-pottya\/\">Tsukada Emi<\/a> withdrew in July 2015.
