They are also known as BookGa (\u30d6\u30af\u30ac).<\/p>\n<p>It currently consists of 4 members.<\/p>\n<p>Koshoji Megumi is a former member of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/bis-brand-new-idol-society\/\">BiS<\/a> (Brand-new Idol Society).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Yagawa Aoi was a finalist of <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Miss iD 2015 (\u30df\u30b9iD2015)<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2>Biography \/ History<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-31846\" src=\"http:\/\/static.jpop-idols.com\/uploads\/2015\/08\/maison-book-girl-2014-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Maison Book Girl\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>After the disbandment of BiS in July 2014, Koshoji Megumi announced the creation of a new idol group. The temporary name was Book House Girl.<\/p>\n<p>They are produced by musician Sakurai Kenta (\u30b5\u30af\u30e9\u30a4\u30b1\u30f3\u30bf) who has worked with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/izukoneko\/\">Izukoneko<\/a> (\u3044\u305a\u3053\u306d\u3053) in the past.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to their musical activities, the girls promote fashion, art and street culture.<\/p>\n<p>In November 2014, it was announced on the internet that the idol unit had changed its name to Maison Book Girl.<\/p>\n<p>They held their first live performance at <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">\uff20JAM the Field vol.6<\/span> in November 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Munemoto Kaori withdrew in March 2015 due to family circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>Their singles <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">White<\/span> and <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Black<\/span> were released simultaneously in March 2015. They were limited editions only on sale at live music venues.<\/p>\n<p>Maison Book Girl&#8217;s 1st album <span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpop-idols.com\/en\/maison-book-girl-bath-room\/\">Bath Room<\/a><\/span> is going to be released in September 2015.
