\"hy4_4yh\"hy4_4yh<\/strong> is a Japanese idol group formed in 2005. They are also know as Hyper Yoyo (\u30cf\u30a4\u30d1\u30fc\u30e8\u30fc\u30e8).<\/p>\n

It currently consists of 2 members : Yukarin and Yumiko.<\/p>\n

The idol unit made its debut in Akihabara in Tokyo.<\/p>\n

hy4_4yh perform a mix of pop, rock, punk and funk songs.<\/p>\n

Biography \/ History<\/h2>\n

In May 2005, 5 girls who were participating in the musical Tokyo Mets (\u6771\u4eac\u30e1\u30c3\u30c4)<\/span> decided to create a new unit called Otome5.<\/p>\n

Furukawa Erika withdrew from Otome5 after their 1st live performance and was replaced by Imai Hitomi. The unit was renamed Yo_Yo in reference to the peace sign smiley.<\/p>\n

Yo_Yo released their debut mini-album Yo Ban! (Yo\u76e4!)<\/span> in August 2005.<\/p>\n

A few months later, Imai Hitomi left the band and it was renamed hy4_4yh.<\/p>\n

Milano withdrew in October 2008.<\/p>\n

hy4_4yh started working in collaboration with HMV in 2011.<\/p>\n

\"hy4_4yh\"In March 2012, they released the single Kanzen Kouryaku (\u5b8c\u5168\u653b\u7565)<\/span> along with Negicco<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In March 2014, DJ Sadachi<\/a> announced that she was going to study English in New York. She became an honorary support member of hy4_4yh.<\/p>\n

In April 2014, hy4_4yh formed a special unit in collaboration with the female comedy duo Nippon Elekitel Rengou (\u65e5\u672c\u30a8\u30ec\u30ad\u30c6\u30eb\u9023\u5408) to release the single Hyper Elekitel Rengou<\/a> (\u30cf\u30a4\u30d1\u30fc\u30a8\u30ec\u30ad\u30c6\u30eb\u9023\u5408)<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\"hy4_4yh\"A 7-inch vinyl version of their single\u00a0Taiyo to Issho (\u305f\u3044\u3088\u3046\u3068\u3044\u3063\u3057\u3087)<\/span> was produced and remixed by DJ Michelle Sorry in September 2014.<\/p>\n

Their 20th single Love Genome \/ Tengoku \u21d4 Jigoku 2015<\/a> (Love Genome \/ \u5929\u56fd\u21d4\u5730\u73442015)<\/span> , released in May 2015, is a double A-side featuring love songs.<\/p>\n

In October 2015, the girls were the main characters of the HMV Happy Halloween<\/span> campaign.<\/p>\n

The idol group’s 1st cover album\u00a0Hyper Yo no Seishun J-Rap<\/a> (\u30cf\u30a4\u30d1\u30e8\u25b3\u306e\u9752\u6625J-Rap)<\/span>, on sale in October 2015, includes songs originally performed by various Japanese rap artists such as Rhymester, RIP Slyme, Orange Range…<\/p>\n

In May 2016, hy4_4yh collaborated with Punk Drunkers to create special T-shirts.<\/p>\n

hy4_4yh’s live performances are called GIG.<\/p>\n
