Terashima Yufu to withdraw from BiS

Terashima Yufu (BiS)Terashima Yufu announced her withdrawal from BiS (Brand-new Idol Society). She will leave the group after the one-man live BiS4 to be held on May 26 at Club Asia, Tokyo.

She explained that she decided to withdraw because she didn’t like the direction taken by the unit.

Terashima Yufu joined BiS in June 2011. She is the 2nd member to leave the group this year after the graduation of Wakisaka Yurika on March 16.

BiS is currently holding auditions to recruit new members.

Aomori Rock Festival 2013

Aomori Rock FestivalDempagumi.inc, BiS, Up Up Girls, hy4_4yh, Negicco, and many other artists will perform at Aomori Rock Festival 2013 ~Natsu no Mamono~ (～夏の魔物～).

The live will be held on September 14 in Aomori.

Dempagumi.inc, BiS, and Up Up Girls already participated in the 2012 edition of the festival.

Tokyo Idol Festival 2013

Tokyo Idol Festival 2013Tokyo Idol Festival 2013 will be held on July 27-28 at Odaiba.

It will be the 4th edition of Tokyo Idol Festival since its creation in 2010. Last year, 111 idol groups and 21500 fans participated in the event.

Idoling!!!, AeLL, Sakura Gakuin, The Possible, Tokyo Girls’ Style, Negicco, and Vanilla Beans have already announced that they will perfom in the festival.

On May 14, the participation of 46 new groups and soloists was announced.

On May 29, 23 other idol groups and soloists have been added to the line-up.

On June 5, 15 new artists announced their participation.

On June 12, 8 other idol groups have been added.

HKT48 and RYUTist were the last guests announced on July 5.

Moreover, the timetable of TIF2013 has been revealed.

BiS, Cheeky Parade, Up Up Girls at Tokyo Irie Connection 2013

Tokyo Irie Connection 2013BiS, Cheeky Parade, Up Up Girls, and Telepathy will perform at ~24 Hours Non Stop~ Tokyo Irie Connection 2013 (～24時間ノンストップフェス！ ～Tokyo Irie Connection 2013).

They will hold live performances on May 4. The event will take place at Zepp DiverCity, Tokyo

Many other artists will also participate in the festival.

BiS – BiSimulation

BiS - BiSimulationBiS’ new single BiSimulation will be released on March 13.

Type A includes a bonus DVD featuring the Live BiS Major Debut Kinen Chokuzen Dai Party “Mada Major Janai Mon” (BiSメジャーデビュー記念直前大パーティ まだメジャーじゃないもん!!) held on July 13, 2012 at Shinjuku Loft.

Type B includes another bonus DVD with the music videos and making-of footage.

The title song was written by Hidaka Toru (The Starbems, ex. Beat Crusaders).

This is the last single of BiS with Wakisaka Yurika before her withdrawal.

Wakisaka Yurika to withdraw from BiS

Wakisaka YurikaWakisaka Yurika announced her withdrawal from BiS (Brand-new Idol Society). She will leave the group after BiS one-man live Who Killed Idol? on March 16.

Wakisaka Yurika took this decision due to health problems and to focus on her studies at university. She told that she might be back in 1 year.

BiS’ new single BiSimulation will be released on March 13. There will a limited edition featuring Wakisaka Yurika only on the cover.

BiS – Backstage Idol Story

BiS - Backstage Idol StoryThe CG anime Backstage Idol Story (バックステージ・アイドル・ストーリー) starring BiS (Brand-new Idol Society) will be released on Blu-ray on February 20.

Backstage Idol Story is aired on Nico Nico Douga.

Each blu-ray includes 4 episodes of 13 minutes and bonus footage.

The concerts will take place in Nagoya, Sendai, Sapporo, Osaka, and Tokyo.

New Year Idol Yokocho Matsuri 2013

Idol YokochoUp Up Girls, Afilia Saga East, Anna☆S, Izukoneko, Doll☆Elements, Dream5, Dorothy Little Happy, Party Rockets, BiS, Hime Kyun Fruit Can, Lovely★Doll, Danceroid, Cheeky Parade, Dempagumi.inc, Tochiotome25, Dorothy Little Happy, nanoCUNE, Party Rockets, and other idols will perform at New Year Idol Yokocho Matsuri 2013 (新春アイドル横丁まつり!!~2013~).

The live events will be held on January 2-3 at Shibuya Public Hall.

The concert will be live streamed on Nico Nico Douga.
