The new members of Country Musume have been announced and the idol group was renamed Country Girls.
The 5 new members are Yamaki Risa, Inaba Manaka, Ozeki Mai, Shimamura Uta and Morito Chisaki.
Former leader Satoda Mai was appointed as general manager.
Tsugunaga Momoko (Berryz Kobo) joined the unit as “playing manager”.
Yamaki Risa and Inaba Manaka are former Hello Pro Kenshuusei.
Ozeki Mai, Shimamura Uta and Morito Chisaki participated in the Morning Musume ’14 12th generation audition.
Moreover, Country Girls will perform at Hello! Project Concert Tour this winter.
