Documentary of AKB48 No Flower without RainDocumentary of AKB48 No Flower without Rain Shoujotachi wa Namida no Nochi ni Nani wo Miru? (Documentary of AKB48 No Flower without Rain 少女たちは涙の後に何を見る？) will be released in Japanese theaters on February 1.

This is the 3rd film of the Documentary of AKB48 series. It will be directed by Takahashi Eiki who was also the director of the previous episode.

The film will follow the major events experienced by AKB48 during the year 2012, including Maeda Atsuko’s graduation and the concert in Tokyo Dome.

AKB48 Request Hour Setlist Best 100 2013

AKB48AKB48 Request Hour Setlist Best 100 2013 (AKB48リクエストアワー セットリストベスト100 2013) will be held during 4 days from January 24 to 27 at Tokyo Dome City Hall.

Songs from AKB48, SKE48, NMB48, HKT48, and SDN48 will be perform during the concert.

Prior to this live event, Unit Matsuri (ユニット祭り) will take place on January 23, also at Tokyo Dome City Hall.

AKB48 in Tokyo Dome ~1830m no Yume~AKB48 in Tokyo Dome ~1830m no Yume~ (AKB48 in Tokyo Dome　～1830mの夢～) DVD and Blu-ray will be released on December 19.

DVD and blu-ray box sets include all 3-day performances in 6 discs. They also contain an extra disc featuring making-of and bonus video footage. They come with 5 photos and a 132-page booklet.

Single Selection edition includes all single tracks performed at the live. It comes with a photo.

AKB48’s Concert in Tokyo Dome was held from August 24 to 26.

Shinoda Mariko - iQueen Vol.10Shinoda Mariko’s (AKB48) blu-ray iQueen Vol.10 “Secret” (iQueen Vol.10 篠田麻里子 “Secret”) will be released on October 24.

The blu-ray contains photos from Shinoda Mariko’s photobook iQueen released on July. The theme is “secret”. This photobook shows off her charm and her maturity.

It comes with 3 postcards.

The blu-ray includes 3D pictures requiring compatible device in order to watch them, otherwise they are shown in 2D.

AKB48 - UzaAKB48’s 28th single Uza will be released on October 31.

B-side tracks are performed by Undergirls, Team A, Team K, and Team B. They are different depending on the version.

Each edition comes with a DVD featuring music videos.

It also includes a voting card for Request Award Set List Best 100 2013.

The show is an educational program aired on NHK.

The DVD includes the episodes broadcasted between April and September, 2012.

It will be available on Nintendo 3DS.

The game is an idol training simulation. The player has the role of a Kenkyuusei who is trying to join AKB48. He participates in different activities : live performances, dance…

The main members of AKB48 are represented as Mii characters. 12 songs are included.

AKB0048 Vol.5

AKB0048 AKB0048 Vol.5 DVD and blu-ray starring AKB48, NMB48, SKE48 will be released on October 31.

This is the 5th release of AKB0048 anime TV series based on the popular AKB48 idol group. It was produced by Satelight Studio, directed Kawamori Shoji (Macross series) and characters designed by Ebata Risa (Macross F).

The DVD and blu-ray versions include episodes 11 to 13, a booklet (16 pages), bonus video footage and audio commentary.
