Vanilla Beans – Watashi… Fukou Guse

Vanilla Beans‘ new single Watashi… Fukou Guse (ワタシ・・・不幸グセ) will be released on April 23.

The theme of this single from Vanilla Beans is “Showa song” (昭和歌謡).

The MV and bonus footage have been released.

The lyrics of the lead song Watashi… Fukou Guse were written by Maeda Takahiro. They are a mix between Motown sound and popular Japanese songs of the Showa period. The music was composed and arranged by Nakajima Yasuo who was in charge of Choco Mint Flavor Time (チョコミントフレーバータイム) in the past.

The coupling song Koi no Sniper 007 (恋のスナイパー００７) was written by Sekiya Kentaro and composed by Yokoyama Masaru.

The Type A includes a bonus track.

The Type B comes with a DVD featuring 30-minute footage of the members of Vanilla Beans climbing Mount Fuji.

Moreover, it was announced that Vanilla Beans One-Man Live (バニラビーンズ 　ワンマンライブ) will be held on December 18 at Liquidroom in Tokyo.

The idol group will celebrate its 7th anniversary this year.
